Shipping and Returns
IMPROMPTU uses JNE courier service to assist us in shipping your purchases nationwide.The moment confirmation of payment is received, we will ship your product directly to you with maximum up to 2 days from confirmation of payment, depending on what time of the day we are notified of your payment. If it happens later on the day, we have to ship it the next working day. For local delivery regular shipping, it will reach destination in 1-3 days.
For international delivery, we will use your preferred courier service, you can email us for details. You can receive your purchase in 3-14days (it varies widely according to your location).
Your shipping fee will be automatically added to your invoice. It is primarily based on the agency’s price list. We'll be sending your package from Jakarta. Starting May 2014, those who live in Jabodetabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi) area will be free of charge.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Customers are expected to provide us with a clear address and phone number to be reached in case the courier having difficulties finding your location. IMPROMPTU will resend your purchase for free if we write your address wrongly and the shipping agency fails to deliver your goods.
- IMPROMPTU will not be held responsible for replacement of goods nor the shipping fee after the product has been sent to the courier services.
- Customers are expected to pay another shipping fee to resend the goods if the purchase they make are returned to us because of incorrect information provided by the customers themselves.
- Customers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with tax regulations of their countries because if they refuse to accept the goods, and opt for it to be sent back to us, they must bear all the cost incurred to the courier services.
We do not exchange products due to any other reason beside faulty products due to our production process. Customers are encouraged to know their own body measurement before they purchase our products and compare it with the size of the products listed. Other reasons that will NOT be granted permission to exchange include: dislike of model or color (though we know it may varies on different computer screens, we have a pretty strict standard with colors display) once you receive our products, and also the deterioration of products after it is received by you. Customers will have 3 (three) days to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify impromptu shop of your exchange request from the time you receive the product.
We will reply immediately via email (1day max) notifying you we are aware of our faulty product and permit you to resend the product back to us. If you do not receive any email from us after one day, do not hesitate to contact us at our Customer Service Number : (+62)857-1917-1288. Please resend the goods within 7 days of receiving our email of permission.
The reason for all these time frame is to maintain efficiency and to maintain trust, good relationship and least misunderstanding between IMPROMPTU and its customers.
The exchange of this faulty products will be subject to availability of the same product, of the same size and of the same color. If it is not available, customers are welcomed to opt for the same product in different color or another product with the same price or more. You do not have to pay shipping fee for the second (exchange) shipment.
We do not give money refund.
